I know what's happening out there every day.

I know one of the most serious mistakes many beginners in the consulting area and people who want to invite friends in e-commerce business make.
Beginners / newcomers are often recommended - in any case by us - to first contact customers, partners and friends among their acquaintances. Most beginners do this anyway (as a test).

And then they make following preliminary considerations:

Most think they know their social environment.
And then they start to think about whether their own offer or own invitation they want to send might be an option for one or the other person or company.

What have I always said about this in my sales psychology seminars:
BIG MISTAKE!!! YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!

IN FACT AND TRUTH, EVERYONE, REALLY EVERYONE, EVERY PRIVATE PERSON AND EVERY COMPANY IS YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER / FRIEND!!!

Even if you seriously believe you know someone and that your offer may not be right for someone, HOW WILL YOU KNOW THIS FULLY SERIOUSLY?

How do you know whether, right now, EXACTLY THE OFFER YOU CAN MAKE, is interesting for anyone or not?

You don’t know! You can't even know!

The life situations of private individuals and the business circumstances of companies, even those in your immediate vicinity, are constantly changing. Conditions, wishes and needs can change within a few minutes.
And: Exactly the person or company from whom you ERRORLY think your offer would be out of the question for them, can wait for your offer EXACTLY NOW. JUST NOW!

Therefore: Refrain from any prior consideration as to whether your offer might be of interest to someone or not.

EVERYONE IS YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!
